昨天到了位於K11的日本人氣料理教室 ABC Cooking Studio HK]上課,今次是做抹茶卷蛋—抹茶梳乎厘蛋糕卷著紅豆忌廉和抹茶忌廉。抹茶梳乎厘蛋糕步驟較為繁複,麵團需要先煮熟,不過焗出來的蛋糕的確軟綿。蛋糕抹茶味清怡,以加入了紅豆茸及煉奶打成的忌廉和香濃的抹茶忌廉為主角;除了自己卷得比較難看之外,個人對製成品是挺滿意的!下次學朱古力慕斯蛋糕!
